SCWebView is a web-based tool that provides an ad-hoc reporting capability for Peregrine ServiceCenter implementations. Designed to complement enterprise-level reporting packages such as Business Objects, Cognos and Crystal Reports, SCWebView is primarily aimed at Service / Account Managers.

Snapshots can be taken of a helpdesk's performance over a specified period of time, with analysis of call volumes by user-selectable fields. A generic search and data extraction fuction allows easy export of data to other packages such as Excel for more detailed analysis.

The interface is intuitive with little or no end-user training required. Reports generated are real-time, constructed through easy to use drop-down and check-box inputs, enabling virtually any aspect of the helpdesk to be reported on as and when required.

Drill down functionality means that a user can see not only the high level shape of the real-time helpdesk performance but also the contributing calls and incidents that make up the totals, enabling immediate action to be taken to maintain customer satisfaction.

Other functionality includes multi-lingual screens and multi-company reporting (being able to report on more that one company in a database) – ideal for Managed Service Providers. A web-based platform means that internal users, customers and suppliers may take advantage of the functionality via the Internet or Intranet.

SCWebView is easy to install, configure and support. Once the application server is in place, users can be on-line and reporting within minutes – no plug-ins, downloads or configuration at the client end.
